I am not a pro. I assume you downloaded free games which is a mistake. Some of these come with spyware, malware or virus. Any time Microsoft says an update is available, then download it. Do not refuse it. Some of them are for security purposes.
Someone will have to step in and advise you on what steps to take to get this fixed. My own advise is when its fixed, delete all the games and use the computer for educational purposes only and ask your parents if they can afford to buy you a gaming console whereas you need to purchase the games.

It very much looks like you clicked on a link that was not Microsoft but a link full of malware and a virus.
Do you have a restore point going back before you downloaded the free games.
Are you able to access Safe Mode or get into Programs and Features to uninstall the games you downloaded.
If you cannot can you get back to a factory Reset which will take you back to how your computer/laptop was when you first got it.
Also hopefully someone else will see this thread and try and help.
Next time only get games from windows 10 Store and read up on them before you download and install them.
Some of us have been where you are now we all learn in time
    Sorry about what has happened
