Chrome wont open sometimes, computer is odd on restart

Not that it matters to you, but you do have IE11.
Just for your information only......................
Microsoft hides it under All apps > scroll to alphabet W > Windows Accessories > Internet Explorer is on the list.

Huh. The more you know, I guess. Luckily my issue isn't unheard of, but I still struggle to find a solution. :/

I was googling a Chrome support forum for you.
There are many and I am not sure which one is applicable.

I wouldn't mark this as Solved because we really have not fixed the Chrome problem.
