    When i try the first option the guide is not compatible with what i get..

    Fired up my laptop and I don't have this issue. Mouse and touchpad scroll work in all windows.

    Tomybooy, your problem might be due to the Elan touchpad driver which Windows 10 seems to like to download on various machines, my wife's Samsung being one, and caused us a problem as we didn't know it was there. There's a thread about it here: elan touchpad driver update

    Vayana's post on page 3 says how to open it to view the user interface. Could be something's off.

I just purchased a new laptop. It's running Windows 10, which is also what my old laptop is running. With the new one, when I click the start menu, the start menu opens and the tiles "scroll down." This does not happen on my old laptop. ...

Unfortunately I'm not at home to test this. I am still getting to grips with Windows 10 after coming from 7. When you add tiles to the right hand side of start menu I notice you can scroll down as you add more & more. But can you keep adding more...
