Yes. Any machine manufacured after 2006 is 64 bit capable.

It is a slow Core 2, but should work fine.

Here is a decent article to explain difference in 32 and 64 bit

I was going to mention the GHZ speed to but for Windows 10 requirements you are still o.k.

At 4 GB of RAM you will see a little bit more memory available for Windows on 64-bit, so that will help a bit. My rule of thumb is the tablets / stick computes with 2 GB of RAM, non-expandable, get 32-bit Windows. Anything with 4 GB or more of RAM gets 64-bit, assuming the processor supports 64-bit.

Just thinking now after last post from the specs, is this a tablet, since it's only 1.86MHZ ?
I had asked if this was the processor http://ark.intel.com/products/29754/...z-1066-MHz-FSB

It would still run fine. 10 runs a lot better on these Core 2 machines than Vista, 7 & 8.1 ever did.

Intel designed it to be a faster chip than expected, because they were building them for Apple's changeover. If you look at the price for a Core 2 Quad. You could basically get a brand new machine for the price that Intel wants for that chip.
