    Start menu

    Can't open some shortcuts on the desktop, one Drive & clicking the bottom left windows icon gives+
    "critical error, .your start menu isnt working try logging out and back in",
    which doesn't help.
    Also ran sfc /scannow etc.

    finally solved by deleting Dropbox as suggested on this forum
    Can I reinstall it or will I have the same problem again?
