Right click on folder/file 30 second delay + Settings & Task Manager

I have recently installed windows 10, really stuck with this one, everytime I rightclick I feel myself getting a little older.
It's not only the right click by the way, windows 10 settings takes just as long to open along with task mamanger. Microsoft Edge has disappeared from my taskbar, and it's just an empty icon (invisible but still clickable)
When I click it, computer freezes and I have to wait 20-30 seconds for it to recover. 5/10 times it will open as a process but won't actually open, sometimes it will open.
I thought it was my 1Tb drive but, no, even out of the computer it doesn't help.
Every solution I have tried has failed unfortunately, eh, sorta. After doing all this it's cut down maybe 6 seconds.
    I have tried :
    - Using that ShellExView program that disabled all of my third-party programs
    - sfc /scannow
    - Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth (and restore health and scanhealth)
    - msconfig.exe and starting with very little
    - Changing the amount of memory the computer uses to a recomended number because apparently a windows update caused this
    - I have gone into HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers and deleted everything in a that folder, first deleting everything but WorkFolders & New, didn't work so I deleted new (Workfolders can't be deleted)
    - Updated NVDIA Drivers
    - Updated Windows 10
    - Set Link State Power Management to Off
    - Cleaned Registry with CC
    - Reinstalled the default windows 10 apps
    before this, I had deleted
    3D Builder
    Alarms & Clock
    Calculator
    Calender & Mail
    Camera
    Get Office
    Get SKype
    Get Started

    Money
    Movies & TV
    People
    Phone Companion
    Photos
    Sports
    VoiceRecorder
    Weather
    Xbox
also disabled Cortana, and replaced my start with a replacer (Start10) (tried uninstalling start10, too)

    (have restarted too)
Also singing in when restarting is much slower even though my actual computer restarts in about 5 seconds

What happens if you make another account and try that? Same problem?

ShellExView always fixes these right click problems for me but you've tried that.

There is nothing wrong with deleting store apps but can I ask how you did it? You removed them with powershell right? Not just delete them from C:\Program Files\WindowsApps directory?

    How did you disable Cortana?

Personally I'd never run a registry cleaner but I doubt that is the issue as lots of people run the CCleaner one and are happy it doesn't break anything.

If a new account works it is easiest to use that. If it doesn't try an in-place upgrade. It only takes 20 minutes or so once you have downloaded the ISO and you get to keep your programs/drivers/documents etc. Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade - Windows 10 Forums

    Same problem
Yeah I uninstalled them with Powershell
You can disable Cortana by going to local disk > windows > system apps
And rename Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy to something like
    die.Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy
When it says "try again" just leave it and open cortana, have them both on the same screen to excute this quickly, end cortana and straight after click try again

I'm just gonna reset, thank you!
