I think you are saying that you ran disk clean-up, but it seems to have failed to clean up 2.05GB of temporary Internet files, and 8.54 MB of temporary files, and you want these to be cleaned.
First I'd go to Task manager, and disable all start -up items, then I'd shut down, reboot, and run the disk clean-up again, selecting what you want to clean. Then I'd re-enable the start-up items and reboot again.
Let us know if that works OK.
