What happend? What can I do to fix this problem?

    I tried:
    Icon cache rebuild
Change registrations in regedit, which is related with ESET problem: http://www.askvg.com/fix-desktop-ico...in-windows-10/

I am no expert in this topic.

My speculation would be..................... screen resolution issue.

When I just duplicate screen, whithout resize everything is ok. When display only on TV via HDMI, icons change their places.
