No i dont mean during test of 3dmark 11. In Windows 10 when i click run TEST 3dmark 11 test was not loaded, but system became laggish and not responding. System was in slowdown. Almost all programs stop working. Start menu was not responding. All applications wont responding and became very laggish. Gets stuck on "Logging Off" when attempt to shutdown or restart. System become unresponsible and laggish. I cant do almost everything. I cant restart system because START button stop working.
Opening some file taking 10 second. I must force hard reset to work properly again system. Almost everytime
when i click run test ( test was not loaded somehow ) in 3dmark 11 causing this issue.
Weird issue , just simple clicking RUN ( test was not loaded ) TEST 3dmark 11making system laggish and unresponsible.
Understand:)? Maybe my SSD is faulty? But all smarts readings are fine.

    Ah! I see.
It seems that 3DMark is loaded in the task manager, but not opening up. It is using a lot of system resources there, and so the system is going laggy.

Is there any specific reason that you are running 3DMark?

If you are just running it for testing the hardware, test them individually.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors. Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
Take a camera snap of the memtest86+ window before closing the program. Let us see it.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us. Also let us know if you have experienced any crash/BSOD and/or artifacts during the test.
Stress test the CPU.It saves the result as a .txt file in the prime95's folder. Upload the file for us.
Unfortunately we cannot test the SSD with any conventional disk check utilities, but you can check the SMART data using CrystalDiskInfo.

    Here is my smart :
Windows 10 Automatic Repair - switching between UEFI and non UEFI devi-image.jpg

Also memtest86 not showing errors after 30 hours.

Still that issue what i described can be related to my ssd or more software related?

Yes you said:"It seems that 3DMark is loaded in the task manager, but not opening up. It is using a lot of system resources there, and so the system is going laggy. "

But why it gets stuck on "Logging Off" when attempt to shutdown or restart? It was related to my ssd?

Not memtest86, but memtest86+. Memtest86 is a poor inferior tool.

As the SMART data looks fine, the SSD may not be failing.
It stuck at the logging off page, because it was trying to shut down some running programs in the background, IMHO. And that is 3DMark.

If there is no issue without running 3DMark, leave it there.

So that issues: System slowdown and lagging when i click run TEST 3dmark 11 and task manager and event viewer was not responding and some of the applications stop responding. I was clicking and nothing happening.

Was related to that Automatic Repair? And why it happened after memtest86,
    coincidence ? ( i switch from UEFI USB KINGSTON to P1:Samsung 850 250 GB ( MBR ) .
