Same problem here with an empty language indicator. It works fine in safe mode but clean boot is useless even i stop every non MS shells to start. Creating new account doesn't help either. I really want to fix this.
Input Bar is Blank/Windows Icon + Space hotkey won't work

Hi, see my post above: if you don't have a restore point or disk image to revert to, you can try
sfc /scannow from an admin command prompt
and failing that, an in-place upgrade repair (see my previous post).
Once you have it working, start using disk imaging to protect yourself, and consider a scheduled task to set a daily system restore point.
