Is Custom Refresh option still gone in Windows 10?

Since so many people do not use a backup program I always advised everyone running Windows 8 to at least make a custom refresh image of their systems. I know that option was discontinued in the earlier builds of Windows 10. Personally, I regularly backup my systems. Now that it has been released to the public has the option to create a custom refresh image been put back in to Windows 10? All the posts I found here were old and applied to the beta versions. Does anyone know anything definite about this?

I would say the answer is no, since the recimg.exe app is not on Windows 10. I had to look Custom Refresh up as I hadn't heard of that before.

Is Custom Refresh Image Functionality Gone In W-10?
Just as the title says. My windows 10 systems says "Recimg" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. What's the story?
