GreenSOD

I sometimes get a GreenSOD while playing League Of Legends. I can still hear my sound and my mic works for like 3 seconds (tested using Skype), after the 3 seconds I hear a loud, buzzing sound. Alt+Tabbing, CTRL+ALT+DEL etc. don't work. I didn't have it for like a week because I changed something in my game settings, updated drivers etc. (I think.) But this afternoon I had it again, twice. I know it's not overheating of my GPU/CPU and my PC is only like 2 months old so I guess failing hardware shouldn't be the case, already tested the RAM with Memtest86 but no issues.

EDIT: I can't find anything in the eventvwr, except for Event ID: 41 (The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.) I think it's there because I turned of the PC by holding the power button.

They are still the newest and it the crashed happened on both the old drivers and the new one (16.3.2). Any other ideas?
