    0x80070490 Update Error

Today I tried to open Widows 10 money Icon and would not open. I went to Store and looked for updates, showed 2 that did not update due to the above error.
I have run SFC no errors found.
    Ran reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU" /v "NoAutoUpdate" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f. Still get above error.
Ran "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" without quotes still get error.
I ran the update FIX did find the problem, showed fix. Still get the above error.
I'm sure there is something I'm missing.
    Any help would be appreciated

I found a post by Redgeneral and added steps 1 and 2

    1. Run the Update FIX
    2. Retart PC
    3. Open Command Prompt as administrator
    4. Type "sfc /scannow"
    5. Once it is complete type " dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth"
    6. Restart your PC
    7. Open Powershell as admin
    8. Type "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" and press enter - when finished all tiles were no longer greyed out and all apps could now run

Don't include the quotes. In the beginning SFC did not find any errors. I figured since I ran the update fix it would be a good idea to make sure SFC still showed no errors.:)
