Start menu programs right click

Hello, recently I have reinstalled my windows, and after few days, after right clicking on my apps in start menu several options, which have been previously, disappeared. I can't uninstall, resize, or pin apps to start. Right clicking only show 'more' with sub-menu. Does anyone had this problem before? And have you solved it? I'm attaching a photo to visualize the problem if I wasn't able to explain.

Registry Fix

To restore the Pin to Start option to the right-click menu, download w10_pin_to_start.zip, unzip and run the enclosed REG file.
