Windows 10 Freezing Problems, Internet Connections, Slow Login

I've had nothing but problems ever since I upgraded to windows 10. I was forced to revert back to Windows 7 after a 1 hour (not exactly, I stopped paying attention to it while it was going) of it updating.
The moment I got started I got hit with a major inconvenience. I had to unplug my USB Wifi so that it wouldn't freeze when I tried logging in. So after I got logged in I shut down, plugged my usb wifi back in, started up. The moment I started up, I had no internet. There were no problems until I opened up Network and Sharing. I click on "Wifi" and it freezes. Wifi is still highlighted but I can literally pick nothing but the buttons in the corner (x, minimize, maximize). I can literally go through any settings in Windows 10 except for things under Network and Sharing. It's completely frozen, otherwise, and I can do nothing (I even let it set for an hour. Nothing). Now the final problem; Whenever I restart my PC and try to log in, it takes AT LEAST two minutes for it to actually log me in. It's ridiculous. Not as bad as my first login, which I expected to take the two minutes, but no, in this case, it took a whopping 10-15 minutes.

I have done at least a good hour or two of google searched and forum scrounging to find an answer to these problems, but I obviously haven't found them. If anybody has solutions, please feel free to tell me.
