    Input Indicator problem

Hello everyone! Here is my problem:
Today I was on Youtube and listening to music and doing side things on the PC and it "Crashed" to a gray screen. It happend second time. The 1st time was about 2-3 months ago. Before 1 hour or so happend again. A fully gray screen and the sound was still going. I restart my PC and after the booting I discover https://i.imgur.com/seFpz5s.jpg this.
I tried almost everything that I found on the internet. So I tried so far
    Turn it On and Off
    Restart the PC
Remove all the languages from there and put them again
    Add an additional language
Tied Language > Advanced > Use the desktop language bar when it's available ( and play with the option) and then restart. Still nothing. Is blank like on the pic.

This whole area is a bit buggy. I have a different issue. No matter what hoops and loops I go through to remove the US keyboard (have uk keyboard), and get it working so I only have uk keyboard and input indicator off, then randomly upon reboot, the flipping US keyboard comes back, and the indicator turned on again.

This has only started since 10586.122!

Edit: now I have updated to version 164, the US keyboard has gone again. It kept randomly appearing, but I ahve never see it randomly disappear - it was there again today. Hopefully it is sorted now.

Arrgh - US keyboard is back BUT I have not done any restart at all!

What can possibly cause settings to change if no updates or reboot?

Only thing I can think of is if my AV package is doing something bizzare?

Have ya'll deleted the keyboards you don't have/want?
As an American living in Germany, I have a German keyboard, sooo...

But you might have to recheck after build upgrades(not cumulative updates, where the last three numbers after the point change, but build, where the first five numbers change).

Today - the US keyboard has magically hidden itself again!

I think I know what is causing the problem - it seems to be connected to a bug in notications and quiet hours.

Not consistent but if notifications are off, US keyboard does not seem to appear (always).
