And its back again, approx four weeks since the last time, which I resolved last time by "un-installing latest build".
Last night I noticed my start menu had stopped working again, even weirder (related?) was when I turned my monitors on today (I leave my PC on), my primary monitor had reverted to 600x800 resolution? No idea if this is related, but a restart didn't fix it, unplugged the display port cables, plugged them into different display-port ports on my graphics card, and back to normal. After restarting, my desktop background has gone back to black, and all windows settings windows, explorer etc take 20-30 seconds to open up.
Unlike last time, there is no option to uninstall latest build, only to do an recovery or reset. Looks like I'm back to doing another restore from my Acronis backups, or using a restore point.
Also of note, I've had 4-5 laptops running Windows 10 have similar problems at work (Laptop Technician), although they have all only had the start-menu not work, not the other symptoms. All of these have been fixed with either reverting to an restore point, or factory resetting.
Getting a bit annoyed that this issue has been occurring for two months, and have no resolution, other then constantly reverting my computer to earlier point using whole drive images.
