    Start and cortana not working again
    after fixing it with the powershell command twice.free upgrade from windows seven about three months ago

Start Button (is it still called that?) & Windows Key Not Working. I've seen other posts about this (example), but there doesn't seem to be any reason given for the problem. I've got this issue on a clean Windows 10 install.
Whenever I press the start menu button at the bottom left corner, the menu does not pop up so I can not use any of my apps. Same with the volume button. Whenever I press it, the horizontal rectangle volume control does not appear so I have to right...
