ATS has the files saved in some other location that we're trying to locate.
You might check the settings in the games to see if one may show you where its default save location is.

Hey DrFeelgood-
If I read things correctly, you're saying that you know that you have some gaming files saved somewhere, because they are being accessed by another gaming program, but you have been unable to locate where they are? I might have missed it, but did you try doing 'search' for any of the files, then identify their location that way?
There's a program that is good to have, that might help too. It's called Everything.

#11 ATS don't show where the save files is, but before the folder went missing they were located in My Documents where it but my mods.
#12 I have tried to do a search for the save game files. It can only locate them on One Drive.
Okay this is wired!!! I use Filezilla to access my FTP's. When i go to C./users/myuser/ i can see My Documents in Filezilla, but there is nothing in the folder!!!
When i try to open My Documents folder through Filezilla i get access denied
So the only thing there is for me to do now is to format?
Do you know the name of one file that should be in the Documents folder? If so, install Everything Search. Let it run after install and build it's index. Usually take 10 to 30 seconds or so.
Enter the name of the file and see what it shows you.
Yes i have done that as the other guy suggested
It's really sounding like the files are still being saved to OneDrive, as Brink indicated. It appears that 'Search Everything' did work, but it only shows OneDrive as the location. I just can't think of another reason why 'Search Everything' would only find the files on OneDrive, if there were others with the same file name on the computer.#12 I have tried to do a search for the save game files. Just to confirm, you did look over the LINK from Brink's post? (Because it sure seems as if it fits)

I think Filezilla is seeing the My Documents junction that is one of many there for backward compatibility.
