"Something happened and we couldn't install a feature"

But don't tell me what feature it is that is trying to get installed. And don't tell me what went wrong or an error code or anything. And when I click on it, just bring me to the settings page, no section in particular. And don't put anything in the Event Log either. Because that would be actually helpful, and we can't have that in Windows.

Yeah I'm getting this popup almost everyday and it has been like this for a couple months now. I seriously don't know what "feature" it's trying to install because it literally tells me nothing. All I have is the "We're installing a feature!" and then the "Something went wrong" pop ups. I can click on them but it only brings me to the full windows settings page. I literally cannot see what the hell it is trying to install in any way. My only guess is that it's trying to install something from the French Canada language pack as it's the original language the system was installed in, but somehow failing because I switched it to English.

I would like to make these near daily pop ups disappear. Any help?

You may also want to take a look at the event logs to see if it is logging more specific detail there.

I did say that I had looked at the event log and didn't find anything. Which was true.
I now found that the error was logged as "Information". And I only found it by looking a the time of the error.
Why

Looking at the error now, I can also say I was correct with my guess. It's trying to install something from the FR-CA language pack, I just don"t know what.

I guess I'll reinstall the package, might make it go away.
