    Windows 10 issues

I have tried to share feedback but having a hard time finding a place I can had to go back to windows 7 cause I keep having the same problem and windows repair and safe mode plus the goto simpler graphics mode (forget what it is called) can't fix it. the problem the graphics driver herts switched to 64 (usually 50 or 60) and no way to fix this can't roll back cause you need a administrator account (Which I tried to do was way to complicated and safe mode didn't work right as there is no real offline mode for like if you are having problems or no net you can't even get on without setting up an offline mode account (tried to do that too way to difficult and messed up the default account doing that and administrator account) this problem happened a lot in a short period. tried the feedback option built in it wouldn't let me send it. windows 10 is unusable if I can't even fix the issue or repair can't why do we have to log in to Microsoft every time we sue it that means no offline mode your net goes down you have a bid paper weight. shouldn't your default account be administrator or one automatically set up or let you set one up on install in case of problems. and why is f5 gone and f8 disabled? tried to enable that too didn't work. if you goto the lower graphics mode under start up options once repair mode does pop up shouldn't it reset the herts to 50 or 60 or something unusable instead of leaving it to something thats not like 64? I love windows 10 overall please look at those issues thanks

You do NOT have to login to MS to either use Win10 or to install it. I know because I installed using a local account and use it with a local account. IT's a little tricky to find during install, but if you select the option to create a new account, when you get the next screen, there is an option to use a local account. After that, you only login and run locally.

Also, if you're getting the Microsoft Basic driver for your video chipset, it means MS was not able to find a compatible video driver during installation.

If you want help, you need to provide details about your hardware.

It is a little hard to pick out exactly what you are requesting. But for starters, does your system pick up and identify your monitor correctly? Windows 10 has been having video problems depending on your configuration. As Mark requests, a list of system devices may help. I do see you indicated you have an AMD graphics card and 9926 seems to be having particular problems with those.

The rollback in 9926 is set up as a boot option, and as far as I know, all you need to do that is your normal logon. You should never need to activate the built-in Admin account.

The F5 and F8 questions are Windows 8 specific. Folks who have run Windows 8 before are already used to that. The recovery system is more of a hands off system, which does cause problems, as you are seeing, for many users.

Since you can download the .iso for 9926 which has the License key included, perhaps doing a clean install on a different drive would give you the chance to play with Windows 10 without causing problems for your Windows 7 current install. You could also check your devices and install drivers for them for testing. After testing, if you felt good about your system being compatible with Windows 10, you could then upgrade your Windows 7 install.

I also do not run a Microsoft logon. You can choose to logon whenever you need that access, but of course any live type utilities and such things as OneDrive and Cortana will not function as planned.
