Windows 10 version 1511 build 10586.71

Since 10586.71 has installed I have lost Metro altogether and Cortana will set alarms but not activate/announce them at the given times.

Check for Updates. I just got a Cumulative Update resulting in installing 10586.104.

After living with the above mentioned abnormality for several days, I posted the above note today on TenForums. about 1 1/2 hours later I went out for 2 or 3 hours. Upon returning I booted my computer only to get a notice that my resources were used up and could not enter Windows. After several further tries, my computer then booted back into the Windows 10, complete with Metro and a working Cortina "Alarm" . The build # remained at 10586.71. I am baffled but happier.:)
I did also check for updates, as suggested, but none are available.
