Windows 10 Pro Tech Preview on VAIO SR290 notebook
Hi All,
Just a quick post to say that I've successfully run the Win 8.1 to Win 10 Windows Update process on my old Sony VAIO SR290 notebook. It probably took 30-45 minutes and so far everything seems to be working. WiFi, Fn keys, fingerprint reader, Bluetooth mouse, etc., are working It found and joined the local Homegroup as well.
My Office 2013 suite appears to be working too.
Printer setup for my Canon MX920 multi-function was a bit hit and miss, but seems to be working now.
All in all, it "feels" as snappy as Win 8.1. Now to see if I can make it crash...
