    I have ccleaner to cleanup my pc and winrar to open rar. Any others?

    7-zip is actually better than WinRAR... also free app.

    I was going to recommend VLC as well. Don't forget anti-virus software. I also use Malwarebytes Free as a second opinion, manual scanner.

    I like VLC, but does not open some .APE or .WV files on my HD.
    In these cases I need to use MusicBee. MusicBee opens all my audio files.
