    If I ever need a program uninstaller again, I'll buy Revo. I know that one works. Thanks for your time and effort!

    Revo is great. I had the free version but, it ran out of time before this problem occurred. If I ever need a program uninstaller again I'll just buy Revo. Never again will IObit get near my computer. What a piece of garbage.

    I was using IOBit uninstaller. It kept installing their system care program so I uninstalled it with Revo.

    IObit is a real piece of crap. I can't believe it is the highest rated free uninstaller on some of the so-called tech expert web sites.

    Search with Everything again, see if there are other instances of monitor.exe.
