Help with installing graphics on windows 10

I have just upgraded windows 7 ultimate to windows 10 pro.
My laptop has become significantly slow and I am unable to install graphics. When I try to install nvidia graphics, it says to install intel first. When I try to install Intel graphics, it says, 'The computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software'. What do I do ? Help me please.

I am thinking of formatting my laptop and making a clean install of Windows 10 but I don't have windows 10 key. I have windows 7 ultimate. Can you tell me if I can install windows 10 with 7 or 8 keys?

About your question. Yes, I have latest drivers as well as older drivers. They are all giving same errors.

if you can right click on the windows icon lower left corner ,and check System and see if your win10 install has activated ,if it has ,you can format the hardrive , install win10 and just click skip when it asks for a key ,and after its install it will activate ,if that all goes well , from here on you would no longer be asked for the key any time you reinstall win10 on same computer

Wekcome to the Ten Forums Sin,

You may wana try Device Manager before you do a clean install. Search for it in Search Windows, then select Display Adapter and right click on it and click on Update Driver Software. Your computer runs slowly probably because of the upgrade. There is nothing like a clean install to rejuvenate the HDD.
    Good luck,

Thanks for the reply caperjack. I checked the system properties and it show my OS as activated. I will format my PC and see if it is fixed or not. Thanks again.

Thanks mate. I think I have found the reason for not being able install the intel graphics. On using windows update, it automatically chose the version of graphics which is released on 7/9/2015 for intel HD graphics 3000. The newest driver does not have support HD graphics 3000. However, I will still format it once as I have not formatted it for over 2 years. Thanks again.
