After that you'll have to pay to upgrade. It's a limited time offer. Once you upgrade for free your still good after the one year expires.
Could be. On another note who DID kill JR?

I like Cortana coming to the desktop but that search bar seems really big. Can that be resized or removed and still use cortana without it?

I didn't dare leave the house wearing google glass so there is no way I'm going outside with that big thing on.
It would be funny hacking into someone's HoloLens and run a Zombie Apocalypse scenario... sit back and watch them run LOL

Well, just got home so I'll read this thread in a bit. So far from what I understand Win10 is a win for me at least. Free upgrade and support. In my book that sold me right there and the way it works now is perfect for me.

From what I have seen on leaked builds (I think it was 9901) videos, the search bar can be disabled just like the search button on 9879.

I just watched the video from Microsoft and all I can say is WOW.

At the present time I don't want to loose one of my Windows 7 COA keys so I will just buy a copy of W-10.
    Google eat your heart out.
It will take some learning to be able to use the full spectrum of the abilities that will be built into Windows -10.
My three brain cells are going to have to work overtime.
