Hi Snowball, welcome to the Ten Forums.

Check these two tutorials, they might help you to restore the default font size:

If you are still searching for a solution, here is a temporary workaround......
If you use a mouse with a wheel at the top > press Ctrl key and hold > roll the wheel clockwise to decrease text size, counterclockwise to increase.

None of these are working for some reason, my dad tried figuring it out but It just doesn't want to work.

In Windows, that only changes the size of the icons, not text and menus. In browsers it zooms the text, too, but the OP's issue according to the screenshots is not in browsers but in Windows, the menu text size.

That image shows the font size of Menus. Go to the tutorial:
Title Bar Text Size - Change in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
Instead of Title bars select Menus and change it to the font size you like
Check the others as well especially Message Boxes and Icons

Personally, I have them big but I have a Touch screen and fat fingers so big is better :)

Edit: Wow, you guys are quick
