Need to stop booting into safemode - without laptop screen

Well now... I forgot about that button. I tried it, still no HDMI or VGA outputs working. So no, I can't see anything. I'll dig around and try to find that damn video so at least I can post what I did in the command prompt to make this happen.

No I can't see the boot menu. I'm going to download and make a USB recovery. Maybe someone can walk me through the screen I can't see? It's likely at the safe mode screen. Seeing as I set the command prompt to do so every time it loads up. If there are keys I can hit without needing to mouse over anything, I might be able to at least make it boot from the USB without a screen. Then once it does boot up, my TV monitor should work and I can fix problem from there???? Fingers crossed. Just need to know if anyone can help me with that or even if it can be done using just keys without mousing over anything (cause I can't see it), lol

Thanks everyone for their help so far... there has to be a way to do this. I've spent a couple hours now trying to find that darn video so I can tell everyone exactly what safe mode setting I'm booting into, but I can't find it. With my luck the poster removed it.
