A large Windows folder is quite normal. For comparison my Windows folder is 29GB, a bit bigger than yours.
The recommendation of running Disk Cleanup in the other answer are worth a try, but I suspect winsxs is the main cause of your large Windows folder.

So I checked the other day and out of my 200 GB SSD partition for Windows, only 45 GB was remaining.
I went into explorer options and enabled viewing hidden files and folders and disabled hiding system files.
Then I selected all the files in C...
I have upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Now, my C drive is almost full with 714GB occupied by "System and reserved". I was in an assumption that, Windows 10 was suppose to take less space. Can you please help me in this.
