    Windows 10 icon or Download

How can I delete the icon beside the time in the tool bar? And everytime I start internet it want me to download Windows 10. If I wanted Windows 10 I would have all ready downloaded it but I didn't like 8 and I don't like what I seen in 10 and I know that other that use it and all ready went back to 7 or started using Linux. So how can I fix it?

My version of the one I ran was not to same as the video they added more info. There was a "yes" in "Are Windows update OS upgrades enabled?" now there is a "no" and now it seem to fix it.
