Windows 8 - 10 upgrade help...

I have a Toshiba laptop with windows 10, and I obviously have a Microsoft account. If I buy a new laptop, will I be able to get Windows 10 on that new one?

Do you mean "will I be able to transfer Windows 10 from the Toshiba laptop to the new laptop?"?

If the Toshiba laptop was upgraded to W10 via the free upgrade route then the answer is NO.

I think I understand the question now, the new laptop presumably has Windows 8, you are asking if you will be able to upgrade it to W10 and use your same Microsoft account.

The answer to that is yes. You can log in on multiple machines and devices and own as many licenses for Windows as you want. With the MS account all your settings and files will sync across all devices.
