Windows 10 shows annoying balloon tooltips all the time in tablet mode

I have the problem, that Windows 10 is really annoying when it comes to balloon tips when you are in tablet mode. Every few touches, Windows shows non relevant tooltips when you touche the screen, mostly from the start menu. I already have tried to do this:

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
    "EnableBalloonTips"=dword:00000000
But that doesnt help. Is there another way to deactivate tooltips (all tooltips, startmenu tooltips)?

For example everytime I swype to the right to show setting tile and then back into the screen, start menu shows an annoying "show hidden symbols" tooltip.

    Hello mkdr, :)

You might see if turning off tips may be able to help some.

No. I asked about ordinary Windows (balloon) tooltips, which has nothing to do with Windows 10 "tips". This is what Im talking about:

    Or in general: http://www.way2itech.com/tutorials/dotNet/tooltip-3.png

I am talking about mouse-over tooltips, which randomly show when you use Windows 10 in touche/tablet mode, everywhere, mostly start menu or Edge/Explorer elements.

    "This is the start menu"
    "This is a button"
    "This is irrelevant information"

They seemed to be buged if youre on a tablet device and randomly appear even if you never clicked on the element.

There needs to be another way to disable them, start menu actually is explorer.exe though Im not sure why the regedit does not work.

    @ mkdr:

A couple reg tweaks may help:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
Set MouseHoverTime to a value so high it virtually disables it, eg. 8000, (default is 400)

    also

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
    MenuShowDelay...... (default is also 400)
(This one may not apply but you can still open auto cascading menus by clicking on them)

    You must Restart the PC.

The white taskbar indicators, you can't do anything about them.
