    Text & Image Problem?


    Hi, I'm new to these forum. I'm going to just cut to the chase. This just started today. How do I fix this:

I can't drag and drop text/images from IE 11 to WordPad or other programs. When I try to do this the cursor changes to a black or red circle with a line in it. Drag and dropping in file explorer still works.
So, Recently I've changed my Mobo, CPU and RAM. Installed Windows 8 Pro Retail and upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Worked perfectly and no problems :) But I've noticed that if I need to restart the system I will get the usual Blue screen saying...
