    Apostrophes showing up as & # 3 9 ; (without the spaces)

All of a sudden for the past week or so, whenever I type an apostrophe anywhere like on youtube comments it shows up with as this code instead & # 3 9 ; (without the spaces)

There you can see if you click the link, that if I go on youtube and read peoples comments it DISPLAYS apostrophes as a code like & # 3 9 ; (without the spaces). It is a screenshot.

And if I try to type an apostrophe, it does the same thing.

So I think it has nothing to do with my keyboard. I discovered that today when I was reading somebodys comment. Could it have something to do with the language pack thing on my computer? I am from America but living in the UK, I have UK keyboard. On my desktop tray thing it is set on UK keyboard. It was fine till the other day and it just started doing this out of the blue.

Can anyone please help me with this? It us a real pain because whenever I type a comment or whatever, I can no longer use apostrophes.

    Thank you.

bet its up to your browser - you need to set the ISO-8859-1 -encoding in to use which is "Latin 1" - bet you have missclicked somewhere in the settings and its something else

    the encoding list is @
    https://developers.google.com/custom-search/docs/ref_encoding

how to change the encoding (or you should atleast check it out) -> Adjust fonts, languages, and encodings - Chrome Help

    lemme know if this helps
