I got it fixed Brink! I found one of your older post for Windows 7 I believe and I downloaded the Restore_Text_Document_New_Context_Menu_Item.reg file and applied that. I restarted my computer and I got it back. Here is the image with the new setting. Thank you again!

    Great news.

Just for reference, did you previously do the second option to download the restore txt association option I post below earlier?

    I tried this one https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/24412-new-context-menu-restore-default-items-windows-10-a.htm

I remember looking at the other option and didn't see .txt extension so I didn't do it. If the option was there I might of over looked it.

I am sorry, for reference purposes I should of been more specific. That is correct. That option I looked at, but didn't try because I didn't see the .txt so I assumed that it wouldn't work and I should of tried it. My fault. Sorry!

    No problem. :)

You would have needed to scroll down further to look for txt in the table. It would have done what the other link you tried did.

Thank you!If it ever happens again I will try that option.

One more question here. Is there away to organize the Context Menu and place it in order you want or even change it to alphabetical?

I'm not sure if that would be possible.
