How to simulate message you require permission from trustedinstalled ?

In my previous thread i asked how can i delete the folders and files of ProgramData , ProgramFiles , ProgramFiles (x86) , and Windows by using the Take Ownership.

Can't delete Windows and all Program-files-files(x86)-data folders why

    And it's working fine.

Now i want to do something else.
I created a folder with some 100 text files and i want to make the this folder and the files to be in the security of the
Take Ownership. So if i will try to delete this folder/files i will get this message:

you need permission to perform this action you require permission from trustedinstaller

It's not a window folder not Windows not Program File just a folder i created with some files and i want to simulate this error message to make some tests on it.

I don't want to Take Ownership but to Give Ownership to this(any folder) folder and files.
And then when i will get the message i want to make some tests on it about how to
    Take Ownership.

    The main idea is to
produce this error message on any folder/files with the easiest fastest way.

Hello again, @Chocolade. If the other thread you started is now working fine and is finished, please mark it as solved, so others will know and may benefit. Thanks, TC.
