I finally found a place on Windows 10 marked with three dots. Like ... that contains a print option but when I hit it, it just prints about three inches of the top of the form, so it is completely useless for me.

I didn't select any program. I just used whatever program the website uses.

Ok. So you are using Edge browser. Try using the "Print to PDF" which is a virtual printer. It will be in the printer choices. It will save it to your hard drive in your Documents folder as a PDF document. Get that far and we'll work from there.

I don't know how to find the snipping tool, or what it is. The only reason that I upgraded to Windows 10 (which doesn't impress me) is because I couldn't install Windows Essentials on my Windows 7 OS.

When I finally found a way to print to PDF, which did save it to my Documents File, only that top three inches on the form saved, just like it had been printing. So that theory didn't work.

Ok. You're using Chrome to view this site: FormFindr

You made/filled out a PDF template there. Did you make an account there? That may be a condition to get the whole document to save and print, otherwise it may be restricted. They may only release that amount of data (top 3 inches) off their server.

If you made an account there, then I'd contact them as to what the problem is. That's all I can think of.
