Thank you all,
From some reason, last time I downloaded the cagt26ww.exe, it would do nothing, or stuck the laptop.
But now I replaced the file and it installed it!
The software looks different than the Energy Manager I had on Windows 8.1, but at least it has the battery saver option, and it charges to 100% again :)
*Ztruker, yes I mean double-click the downloaded file
