A lot of issues after a clean install

    Hey guys,
I did a clean install of 10240 this weekend and at first I had a problem: It was only seeing 9.97GB of RAM out of 12 but I can live with that.
But now some programs take over 10 minutes to start and the file explorer stops working when I try to left click on anything. I tried to boot into safemode to see if it still happens, it took 30m to boot into it (stayed on the Windows logo for 30m) and it still happens in safemode so I don't think it's a driver issue. I really don't know what to do and I really don't wanna do a clean install again. If I ever do a clean install again I will switch back to 7/8.1

    Here are my specs:
AMD FX 8350 @ 4.7 GHz (Tried stock speeds to)
GTX 980 Ti @ 1500 MHz (Tried stock speeds to)
    Gigabyte 990FXA UD5
    12GB XMS3 RAM - Only sees 9.97
    Coolermaster V650 PSU
Samsung 850 Evo as the boot drive, AData HV620 1Tb
    Custom watercooling loop

Does anybody know a solution to this? Thanks

Time for an update. Try to install 10586 version. That helped me solve issues i had with 10240. :)

Hopefully that will solve out any issues. I had issues with cumulative and security updates not installing in 10240, Not seemingly every issue have been sorted out with the 10586 build. I hope it will work for you as well. :)

    -Cheers.

Actually I was running 10586 before but I reverted back to 10240 because I was having issues with my GPU and I thought it was the OS but it was the VRAM OCed too much. Yeah, I had less probs with 10586 but still had a couple minor ones.
