Just as the description states; I am using a Mac-style dock at the bottom of my WinX desktop and therefore have my taskbar located at the top of the screen. I am having an irritating issue from time-to-time, with the title-bars of some programs (or 'apps', as they seem to call them these days...) opening BENEATH the taskbar, making it impossible to get to the minimize, resize, and close buttons without first moving the taskbar to the right or left side of the screen, then moving or resizing the app window to access the buttons, and then moving the taskbar back to the top of the screen.
Well, I don't know how to prevent windows from opening in this obscured position, but there should be an easier way for pulling them from under the Taskbar. For example, you can activate the offending window, press Alt+Space (to open system menu), hit M (for Move), then use arrow keys to relocate the window to a new location and hit Enter. That way you won't have to jump through the hoops of reassigning the Taskbar to another edge of the screen.

Thanks AndreyT for your reply. I tested my tweak with only those few apps having this issue. Instead of using the move option, I gave those windows a fixed position (see post #10). Now those program-windows will never start 'under' the taskbar. I'm happy with the result.
