How to fix Windows 10 Critical error: Your start menu isn't working.

    Brand new pc running win 10. Ok yesterday while setting up. Turned on today, got critical error, your start menu not working, it will be fixed next time you log in. Numerous attempts later, still getting same message. Read somewhere on here that dropbox may be the problem. Uninstalled dropbox and hey presto, pc working fine!

    Haven't seen any issues after I uninstall dropbox 3.10 and reinstalled 3.11, now on 3.12.5. First time I managed to go past 30 days without the problem.
