Windows 10 time keeps changing

    Some causes can be motherboards CMOS Battery is going bad or bad. Router/Modem time is affecting it.Try Internet time synchronization.

    Try disabling it from control panel Date & Time , select Change Settings see if it helps. As mentioned can be battery on motherboard or something with the router.

    Do you know how to access your modems settings page, usually done from entering an IP Address in your browser, see if it shows correct time there.

If it was my modem, I think it would change my time on my Ubuntu OS which Dualboot with Windows 10. The time in Ubuntu stays on correct time.]

    Alright, these are only suggestions of other causes and did not know you had a dual boot with another OS and that worked fine.
    Try and completely fill in your system specs here when you can as this is helpful for us when assisting with issues. Have not come across this issue here yet like this.
