I've called it that as not to confuse the issue with the discussions on the Blue Screen Of Death.

For some weeks now and on every couple of days (and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day) while I am browsing or when I am logged on to other Internet sites my computer screen turns black, the infernal buffering thing (which hardly ever seems to go away) spins and spins but nothing happens and the only way I can get back on to my computer is to press the reboot button. There is never any message with this. It just happens.

If this is a problem that MS were aware of there might well have been an update to fix it but my W10 Pro is set on "metered" and since It set it to that I have not been able to download any Windows updates at all. In fact, while I can see that downloads are sitting and waiting for me to download them, for the life of me I can't find out where and how to do it anywhere in the user extremely UNfriendly control panel.

Any ideas as to why this is happening and on how to fix it?

Thank you.
