    It would be of great help if it was known which of the 3 editions of Win10 the question is about. Is it about the latest Windows 10 RTM Version 1607 Build 14393.969, Windows 10 Version 1607 Release Preview, or Windows 10 Version 1703 Build 15063.0 Insider Preview? And do completely fill in your System Specs with information about the computer in question.

    unfortunately this info is the best i can give since i cant see my info in System Info because of the text glitch im having. but what i can tell you is this system information that i can read:

    Edition: Windows 10 Pro

    Version: 1607

    OS Build: 14393.953

    Product ID: 00342-50658-18324-AAOEM

    Processor: AMD A10-7870K Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores
    4C=8G 3.90 GHz

    I cant read the section where the graphics card and/or driver is due to this freaking text glitch. but i know its up to date at least

    Did you install the AMD video drivers? Looks like your video is a mess.

    I just went the AMD website (Download Drivers), and clicked the download button under the auto detect and install section, it installed it, and its now fixed. however, i have no idea why it needed it because it was fine up until a few days ago, but now its fixed.

    Thank you wyldman68, for letting me know about that, because it certainly fixed it! .

    Thanks so much,
