9860 asks me to select OneDrive options on boot

Since my update to build 9860..
Every time I login I get the OneDrive screen asking to set options with the Next button. No matter what I select or do, it just keeps appearing.

Hi do you use Onedrive ?
You can click Start and if it's not on the apps list go to the all apps section and right click Onedrive and click on Uninstall,
I believe there was an issue with Hotmail.com/ Outlook.com yesterday not being able to sign in possibly that's what is causing the problem,
You can always go to the ms store and redownload Onedrive app later
    Cheers.

OneDrive is integrated in the OS and the only way to really get away from it is to switch to a local account. I had that issue and got rid of it with a reinstall.
