i am here for my friend, his windows file explorer always crashing and he need to open task manager and restart the program.
its very annoying because we are gamers and it preventing him from minimizing a game and then coming back
any solutions?? everything will be useful

Have you used a second AV scanner to confirm no unwanted visitors? Recommend malwarebytes.com
Please open a command prompt(admin) or powershell(admin) and enter the command (right click start, one will be on menu)
SFC /scannow
If it finds error run it again. May need to run it three times if errors found.
If no errors found you could use an inplace repair.
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
Backup data even though this is a non destructive process. If on 1809 this is a repair. If on older version it does an upgrade.
If you can't use file explorer then create this recovery disk, boot from it and copy data.

With data safely copied off you could also do a
chkdsk /r
to a command or powershell (either as admin).
Did your friend update or did his system recently update is display driver?

You must find the faulty module.
Win+S> type ''view all''>Open <<View all problems reports Control Panel. Right click on Windows explorer'(s) << Stopped working errors>> and check technical details. You'll find the problem in error(s) details. Uninstall what is causing crashes.
Copy/paste results if not sure.
