Pinned Items not showing in File Explorer.

I have recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro and everything was fine then. But recently I am experiencing an issue which is "Pinned items and Jump List are not displayed in File Explorer in both Taskbar and Start Menu". Pinned items and Jump Lists are displayed for other programs in Taskbar as usual but the issue is only with File Explorer. I have restarted the PC but still the problem persists and I have also disabled Cortana.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    System Specs:
CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo
    Motherboard - Gigabyte (G31M-ES2L)
    RAM - 4 GB
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GTX 560 (2 GB)
    OS - Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)

Hello Debjitdas, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

As a test, if you pin a location in Quick access, does it also show pinned in the jump list of File Explorer?

No pinned items are not showing in both File Explorer and Quick Access.

Even if I pin a folder to Quick Access it is not showing in Quick Access.

I am showing a video regarding the issue ....

Let's see if it may be an issue with recent items being corrupted. As a test use the tutorial below reset and clear all recent items and frequent places to see if you are able to pin them afterwards.
