Win 10 upgrade fail from Win 7 Stuck in restoring your previous ver

    Hi,
Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction here. During the week i had the windows 10 uprade install onto my Toshiiba Satilte laptop that was running Windows 7. Windows 10 did open but then crashed as it was booting up stuck in an error reboot loop. So i tried to restore the previuos version of windiws and it has been stuck in the boot cycle ever since. It will run a continous loop restaring the processut every 10 mins. I can't get it ti get out of this reboot loop. Any ideas to try and get my laptop up and running.
    Cheers.
    Tom

Hi tomcat551 and welcome to the forum:)

Are you able to boot into either a Win10 recovery disk or Win10 installation disk?

From there you can try to refresh or reset Windows. Or if else fails, you can re-install Win10 (clean)

    Hi Whyme,
Thanks for the reply. Unable to do anything, have tried to restart in safe mode (shift f8) and master reset as per toshiba website still nothing. I'm assuming i will have to insert a windows 7 or 10 reboot disk to make something happen. I have none of these. So where can a get this from? Also will this have to be on a disk or will it work on a usb stick?
