Hey, I thought you were sleeping! Did you try booting to advanced options via your Win10 installation disk yet?

You should be able to get to Safe Mode from an install disk, I think that was the condition that made me reboot a second time. After I restarted it, the boot choices for recovery showed up.

Why are you updating? Did you reinstall Windows? You said you wanted to go to Advanced Startup in your first post. I thought you wanted to:But you are updating?

Please. Let us go back to the beginning. What is it that you are trying to do? What are the difficulties you are having? Why did you want to enter Advanced Startup Options in the first place?

Please describe the problem you are having with Windows 10 and what you are doing to solve the problem. We are going round in circles at the moment :)

Sorry man, it's hopeless. Still the same. If you know another way to boot in advanced start up option, please help. Now i cannot go to advanced startup option via command prompt.

Yes. Deliberately make Windows fail during the boot process 3 times will automatically take you into Recovery mode.

So just shut her down every time she tries to boot by using the button on your case. Make Windows think there is a problem with it booting itself. Do this three times, one after the other, and you'll enter Recovery mode. (It might actually be 4 or 5 times as I can't remember. But I think 3 is right)
